12. Governing Law : 

12.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Tunisia, where Cure Bionics is headquartered. For disputes related to medical device compliance, the regulations of the European Union, including the Medical Devices Regulation (EU) 2017/745, will also apply in addition to Tunisian laws.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis, Tunisia. By using our Services, you agree to this jurisdiction.

12.3 Regulatory Compliance

Cure Bionics is committed to complying with applicable medical device standards, including:

• Tunisian laws and regulations.

• The EU Medical Devices Regulation (MDR) 2017/745.

• International standards such as ISO 13485.

In the event of a dispute related to compliance, Cure Bionics will cooperate with the relevant regulatory authorities.

12.4 Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us at contact@curebionics.com

for an amicable resolution. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration in Tunis, in accordance with the rules of the Tunisian Arbitration and Mediation Center (CTAM).

12.5 International Users

If you are using our Services outside Tunisia, you agree that:

• Tunisian and EU laws will apply.

• Any dispute will be handled in Tunis, unless otherwise required by the regulatory authorities in your country.

• You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding medical devices.

12.6 Severability

If any provision of this section is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain fully enforceable.

13. Changes to These Terms

Cure Bionics may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through other communication channels. Your continued use of our Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
