These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products and services from Cure Bionics (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not proceed with your purchase.

Cure Bionics offers the following:
- Bionic prosthetic devices (e.g., advanced bionic hands).
- Accessories and spare parts for our devices.
- Customer support and maintenance services.
- Training and educational resources.
All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product or service at any time without notice.
2. Ordering Process
2.1 Placing an Order
Orders can be placed through our website, authorized distributors, or directly with our sales team.
You must provide accurate and complete information, including your contact details, shipping address, and payment information.
2.2 Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is only an acknowledgment that we have received your request.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2.3 Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods specified on our website.
2.4 Taxes and Fees
Prices do not include taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees unless explicitly stated.
You are responsible for any additional costs related to taxes, duties, or shipping.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Shipping Methods
We ship products using reputable carriers. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
International shipments may be subject to customs delays and additional fees.
3.2 Delivery
Delivery is complete once the product is handed over to the carrier or delivered to the specified address.
You are responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery and notifying us of any damage or discrepancies within 7 days.
3.3 Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns are subject to approval by Cure Bionics. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
4.2 Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded within 14 business days of receipt of the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4.3 Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, please contact us immediately. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, at our discretion.
5. Warranties
5.1 Limited Warranty
Cure Bionics provides a 12-month limited warranty on all products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
5.2 Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and provide a resolution.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cure Bionics is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
- Any issues caused by third-party services or products.
Our total liability to you for any claims related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes arising from your purchase will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tunis, Tunisia.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
