1. Who we are

Cure Bionics is a Tunisian company that designs and manufactures certified bionic prosthetic devices, rehabilitation tools, and the Cure Fit clinic platform. Our registered office is at Bureau A2, Pépinière Softech, Technopôle de Sousse, Rte ceinture, Sousse 4002, Tunisie.

2. The data we collect

When you contact us, request a quote, apply for a partnership, or send us your CV, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, organization, and the content of your message.

When you browse this website, we may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, and pages visited, used only to keep the site secure and improve it.

We do not collect medical data through this website. Any clinical or health information is handled exclusively by the Cure Care clinics during your fitting journey, under their own confidentiality rules.

3. How we use your data

We use your data only to answer your requests, prepare quotes, process partnership and job applications, organize consultations with our Cure Care clinics, and, with your consent, send you news about our products and events.

We never sell your personal data and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Legal basis and Tunisian law

We process personal data in accordance with Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, and with the guidance of the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP).

Processing is based on your consent, on the steps needed to answer your request or prepare a contract, or on our legitimate interest in running and improving our services.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your data only for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up on our relationship, and no longer than the retention periods allowed by applicable law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Under Tunisian law, you have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it, to object to its processing, and to request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@curebionics.com and we will answer within a reasonable time.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the INPDP.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure. Access is limited to the team members who need it to answer you.
